CXHub Specialist
Phase2 is on the hunt for a capable CX specialist to join our ever-expanding team as we continue our rapid growth journey deploying solutions across the world supported by our partners at Five9, NiCE, Talkdesk, Evaluagent and more.
Key responsibilitiesÂ
You will be responsible for providing the very best experience to our customers when they contact the CXHub by evaluating, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner within our SLA’s. You may well be working with a number of customers simultaneously providing expert advice, support and knowhow to each as you own their request through to completion.
Daily tasks may includeÂ
Providing technical support to all Phase2 customersÂ
Providing adhoc training to customers across all platformsÂ
Raising issues with Phase2 partnersÂ
Handling business critical faults and platform outagesÂ
Running regular test processes to confirm platform healthÂ
Replicating and troubleshooting issues often via screenshare with customersÂ
Updating Salesforce CRMÂ
Running User Acceptance Testing sessionsÂ
Providing the very best customer service in the industryÂ
What we are looking for
The ability to use initiative and work in a methodical mannerÂ
The ability to exercise sound judgement without guidance Â
Strong verbal and written skillsÂ
Strong knowledge of IT, hosted solutions, UC, CCaaS (preferred but not essential)Â Â

Pro-Services
Engineer
Phase2 is looking to expand its Professional Services team by adding technically minded engineer who will help design, build and implement solutions for new and existing customers.
This is a dynamic role that will be varied and offer the opportunity for the successful candidate to become highly competent in all areas of CCaaS related technology.
Key responsibilitiesÂ
You will be responsible for the technical design of all solutions from conception through delivery and then into the CXHub. This will include working on projects, migrations and installations both onsite and remotely delighting customers throughout.  Â
Daily tasks may includeÂ
Building CCaaS solutions from scratchÂ
Supporting customers in their requirement gathering processÂ
Documenting solution design and ensuring smooth transition to the CXHubÂ
Light project management Â
Carrying out remote and onsite customer optimisation sessionsÂ
Running training sessions for new and existing customers Â
Giving technical support and help to the CXHubÂ

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Phase2 is looking for a hungry, driven individual to join our ever-expanding team as we continue our rapid growth journey supplying solutions across the world supported by our partners Five9, NiCE, Talkdesk, Evaluagent and more.
Key responsibilitiesÂ
You will be target driven, motivated and eager to learn and develop a successful career in software sales. You will be responsible for leading the charge in finding, nurturing and booking meetings with prospective customers for Phase2 whilst supporting all internal and partner marketing campaigns with follow up activity on the phone, by email, via LinkedIn and in person at events. Â
Daily tasks may includeÂ
– Outbound outreach using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging and other toolsÂ
– Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers
– Uncovering and understanding prospects pain points
– Identifying target customers Â
– Working with the marketing team to establish vertical campaigns
– Continuous training and development to learn the industry and partner product set
– Representing Phase2 at events across the country and beyond
– Booking meetings with key contacts and decision makers
What we are looking for

Quality Assurance Specialist
Phase2 is looking for a specialist to join the team and take responsibility for our Quality Assurance prospects, customers and partners. The role will include supporting the initial sales process, the onboarding of new customers, ensuring the adoption of the new product achieves all defined criteria and providing high touch ongoing support.
Key responsibilitiesÂ
Demonstrating a good understanding of the key role Quality Assurance plays in a wide variety of verticals and business types. You will own the customer in a technical capacity from first contact we have with them, through implementation and post-sale, often sitting on the side of the customer to ensure they are delighted with the tools they have purchased and getting the very most out of them.
Daily tasks may includeÂ
– Collaborating internally and with Partners to design solutions
– Achieving an understanding of each customers operation
– Helping build scorecards and reviewing their outputs
– Giving advice on best practice
– Identifying trends and areas for improvement
– Constant review of the QA market and the tools available
– Working through and fixing faults
What we are looking for
– A confident and assertive communicator
– Strong verbal and written skills
– Excellent training and coaching skills
– A detail orientated, highly organised individual
– 2-5 years of operational tenure in a QA role would be useful but not mandatory
